Durante la jornada, se destac\u00f3 la importancia de comprometerse al no consumo de sustancias psicoactivas mediante la firma de un muro de compromisos. Este gesto simb\u00f3lico subray\u00f3 el compromiso colectivo hacia la salud mental y el bienestar general.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, se organiz\u00f3 una jornada de socializaci\u00f3n sobre los peligros y consecuencias del consumo de estas sustancias, enfatizando los impactos negativos tanto bucales, f\u00edsicos como mentales. Se proporcionaron estrategias psicol\u00f3gicas de acompa\u00f1amiento destinadas a fortalecer la resiliencia mental y prevenir la adopci\u00f3n de estos h\u00e1bitos perjudiciales.<\/p><p>En colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto Municipal de Recreaci\u00f3n y el Deporte (IMRD), se llevaron a cabo actividades complementarias que promovieron un estilo de vida saludable y activo como alternativa al consumo de drogas.<\/p><p>Estas iniciativas no solo buscaron informar y educar, sino tambi\u00e9n inspirar a la comunidad de Ch\u00eda a tomar decisiones conscientes en beneficio de su
