Durante este viernes, y como parte del lanzamiento oficial del Festival Gastron\u00f3mico de Ch\u00eda en el restaurante El P\u00f3rtico, se realiz\u00f3 la postulaci\u00f3n oficial del municipio de Ch\u00eda para ser parte de la Red Mundial de Ciudades Creativas de la UNESCO en la categor\u00eda gastron\u00f3mico para el a\u00f1o 2025.<\/p>

De esta manera, se desarroll\u00f3 el evento inaugural donde se realiz\u00f3 la firma oficial del documento por parte del alcalde Leonardo Donoso Ruiz, para hacer la postulaci\u00f3n de Ch\u00eda a esta importante red.<\/p>

El evento cont\u00f3 con la presencia del italiano Giorgio Andrian, experto internacional en gesti\u00f3n del patrimonio, quien ha hecho parte de la UNESCO y ha liderado importantes proyectos de patrimonio cultural en el mundo, por ello Andrian lleg\u00f3 a Ch\u00eda para realizar el acompa\u00f1amiento y la asesor\u00eda al municipio para esta postulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Esta actividad, enmarcada en la versi\u00f3n n\u00famero XVIII del Festival Gastron\u00f3mico, permitir\u00e1 que Ch\u00eda d\u00e9 un paso, no solo como referente gastron\u00f3mico en la regi\u00f3n, sino que adem\u00e1s sea reconocido en Colombia y el mundo, logrando un mayor desarrollo tur\u00edstico, creativo, cultural y de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>

Por otra parte, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de Xavi Rocca, director de la Oficina Comercial del gobierno catal\u00e1n, Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma espa\u00f1ola que har\u00e1 presencia en el festival con muestras gastron\u00f3micas y una interacci\u00f3n cultural con la Ciudad de la Luna.<\/p>

As\u00ed entonces Ch\u00eda logra importantes intercambios culturales a trav\u00e9s de la gastronom\u00eda, que le permitir\u00e1 tener un mayor reconocimiento internacional. Se espera entonces poder tener en el menor tiempo posible, el sello como una Ciudad Creativa de la UNESCO.<\/p>

\u201cAtrev\u00e1monos porque un sello de la UNESCO es un tema que nos posiciona y tiene un reconocimiento ante el mundo, permitiendo el crecimiento de la comunidad y del territorio\u201d, asegur\u00f3 al cierre del evento el alcalde, Leonardo Donoso.<\/p>

Ch\u00eda Applied to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network<\/strong><\/h4>

This Friday, as part of the official launch of the Ch\u00eda Gastronomic Festival at El P\u00f3rtico restaurant, the municipality of Ch\u00eda formally announced its candidacy to join the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the Gastronomy category for the year 2025.<\/p>

The inaugural event included the ceremonial signing of the application document by Mayor Leonardo Donoso Ruiz, marking Ch\u00eda\u2019s intention to pursue membership in this prestigious network.<\/p>

The event was attended by Italian expert Giorgio Andrian, an international heritage management specialist who has collaborated with UNESCO and led significant cultural heritage projects worldwide. Andrian visited Ch\u00eda to provide guidance and support to the municipality in preparing for its application.<\/p>

This activity, framed within the 18th edition of the Gastronomic Festival, positions Ch\u00eda not only as a gastronomic reference in the region but also as a potential symbol of recognition in Colombia and beyond. The initiative aims to foster greater tourism, creativity, culture, and economic growth.<\/p>

Additionally, Xavi Rocca, director of the Commercial Office of the Catalan government, was present at the event. Catalonia, an autonomous community in Spain, will participate in the festival, showcasing its culinary heritage and fostering cultural exchange with the City of the Moon.<\/p>

Through these cultural exchanges centered on gastronomy, Ch\u00eda is poised to gain greater international recognition. The municipality hopes to submit its application and achieve UNESCO Creative City status in the shortest time possible.<\/p>
