En 2024, el programa experiment\u00f3 un incremento presupuestal del 300% respecto al a\u00f1o 2023, pasando de $203.000.000 millones con 35 categor\u00edas a $625.000.000 millones con 27 categor\u00edas y 58 l\u00edneas art\u00edsticas.<\/p><p>Inicialmente, a los artistas se les hab\u00eda desembolsado el 80% del pago para desarrollar sus proyectos, mientras que el 20% restante estaba condicionado a requisitos espec\u00edficos publicados en una cartilla que se les entreg\u00f3 a todos los vinculados. Sin embargo, algunos artistas entregaron sus cuentas de cobro fuera de las fechas estipuladas, lo que provoc\u00f3 que el monto restante quedara en cuentas por pagar.<\/p><p>El alcalde en aras a escuchar y aclarar la situaci\u00f3n, convoc\u00f3 a una reuni\u00f3n el pasado 17 de enero donde desminti\u00f3 los rumores, \u201cel 20% del pago se realizar\u00eda en efectivo y no en bonos, y el pago se realizar\u00eda con el presupuesto del 2024 y no con el del 2025, la plata est\u00e1 y no se ha perdido, porque en lo p\u00fablico la plata no se puede perder\u201d asegur\u00f3 Donoso.<\/p><p>Finalmente, a la fecha el dinero en efectivo ya fue desembolsado en su totalidad, puesto que se pact\u00f3 el pago para el 10 de febrero del presente a\u00f1o y se desembols\u00f3 dos d\u00edas antes, dando cumplimiento del 100% de la meta.<\/p><blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
