Lo que inicialmente se convoc\u00f3 como una jornada para el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles en la agenda del mandatario, termin\u00f3 convirti\u00e9ndose en cinco fechas programadas, en las que las tarifas liquidadas fueron expuestas y revisadas de forma individual con el alcalde Donoso, junto a las secretar\u00edas de Hacienda, Planeaci\u00f3n, su equipo asesor y funcionarios del Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Agust\u00edn Codazzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La log\u00edstica adoptada permiti\u00f3 el registro y revisi\u00f3n de cada caso; all\u00ed, los interesados recibieron un turno de atenci\u00f3n y una fecha asignada, lo cual aport\u00f3 en la organizaci\u00f3n, minimizando los tiempos de espera y garantizando el espacio requerido por cada ciudadano durante estas jornadas, que\u00a0<strong>se extendieron hasta el 20 de junio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde Leonardo Donoso ratific\u00f3 una vez m\u00e1s el compromiso de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal para que todos los ajustes e inquietudes con respecto a impuesto Predial logren respuesta y claridad para los propietarios; adem\u00e1s, de generar confianza y apoyo frente al proceso.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El recaudo contin\u00faa, con\u00a0<strong>44.431 facturas expedidas y 15.991 contribuyentes que tan solo en el primer mes ya han realizado el pago de su impuesto 2025<\/strong>, aportando en un prop\u00f3sito que hoy le permite a la administraci\u00f3n Donoso entregar cifras que superan las expectativas en comparaci\u00f3n con a\u00f1os anteriores; igualmente, tal y como lo anunci\u00f3 el alcalde, contin\u00faa el\u00a0<strong>descuento del 15% por pronto pago hasta el 31 de julio de 2025<\/strong>, incluso para quienes con su radicaci\u00f3n no alcancen a ajustar su tarifa predial antes de la fecha; las ventanillas del PACO, el IGAC y la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda siguen dispuestas para la atenci\u00f3n de los contribuyentes; y se extienden los alivios tributarios para quienes adeudan vigencias anteriores, con\u00a0<strong>un 90% de descuento en los intereses de mora hasta el 31 de octubre de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, no se pueden desconocer los beneficios que ha tra\u00eddo consigo todo este proceso de actualizaci\u00f3n, que contribuye con el desarrollo territorial, apoyando la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras que requieren inversi\u00f3n urgente, abriendo la posibilidad de construir una ciudad m\u00e1s sostenible y con mejores servicios,\u00a0<strong>garantizando a los contribuyentes una mayor justicia tributaria y promoviendo la equidad fiscal<\/strong>, al alinear el valor del impuesto con la realidad f\u00edsica y econ\u00f3mica de cada predio, para evitar subvaloraciones y garantizar el valor adecuado y justo de los bienes inmuebles en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
